When you think back to your past holiday gatherings, what do you remember most?
I've been thinking about that a lot lately. The gatherings we remember aren't usually the ones with the most elaborate food. They're the ones where someone we loved was really present. Really there. Calm, warm, happy to be in the room.
That's what I want for myself this November, and honestly, it's what I want for you too. Not just to host well or cook well or manage everything well, but to actually enjoy it. To feel good enough to be present.

I’m offering you a chance to remove all the pressure that comes with this time of year. The lists, the prep, the cooking, the hosting, the showing up for everyone else.

This month's featured class, Gather 'Round the Table, isn't just about what you put on the table. It's about what you bring to it.

Featured E-Class: Gather 'Round the Table

This class is for you if you want this season to feel meaningful instead of just managed. If you've ever made it through the holidays and thought, 'I was so busy I barely remember it,' take a few minutes to look at this one. Great holiday recipes for food, drink and how to keep kids busy!
(If you're new here and still figuring out how essential oils fit into daily life, this class is also a great place to start, because it meets you exactly where you are.)

Gather 'Round the Table covers:
  • How to use Vitality oils in holiday cooking and baking for flavor and seasonal wellness support, think Cinnamon Bark in your desserts, Orange in your drinks, Rosemary on your roasted vegetables
  • Simple ways to create a welcoming atmosphere in your home using the diffuser blends and room-setting rituals that actually make guests feel something when they walk in
  • How to support your own energy, mood, and nervous system through the chaos of the season so you're not running on empty by the time the people you love arrive
  • Digestive support tips for the time of year when we eat more, stress more, and sleep less, and which products help your body handle all of it
  • Gratitude rituals and simple practices that use oils to anchor moments of real connection around the table, not just between courses
  • Product combinations that make meaningful, useful gifts for the people on your list

I love this class because it doesn't try to make the holidays perfect. It just makes them better. More intentional, more supported, and a little more you. Take an idea or two from this class. Lots of yummy recipes!

What It Actually Means to Show Up Well

You can't pour from an empty cup, and you definitely can't be present when you're overwhelmed. Here are three things I'm doing this November to make sure I'm actually there, not just physically in the room, but genuinely present for the people around me.

1. Start the day with something that's just for me

Before the lists and the prep and the requests start coming in, I'm doing something small that's entirely for me. A two-ounce shot of NingXia Red, a few minutes with my diffuser running something grounding like Frankincense or Cedarwood, and a few deep breaths before the day takes over. It sounds simple (and that’s the point). But those ten (simple) minutes set a completely different tone than rolling straight into the chaos.

2. Diffuse during the work, not just for the guests

We tend to think of diffusing as something we do when company arrives. But I've started diffusing during the cooking and cleaning too, the part that nobody sees and honestly is the most stressful. Stress Away while I'm doing dishes. Orange while I'm baking. Lavender when I need to slow down. The house smells incredible by the time anyone walks in, and I've already been reaping the benefits for hours.

3. Giving myself a real transition moment before guests arrive

In the 15 minutes before people show up, I stop doing anything task-related and give myself a reset. A quick roller blend on the wrists and neck, a change of clothes, and a few minutes sitting with my diffuser instead of running around. It sounds almost silly until you try it and realize how different you feel walking to the door to greet someone when you're actually calm versus when you've been sprinting until the second the bell rings.

November Wellness Box Ideas: Good / Better / Best
These products aren’t just holiday-themed picks, they're the things that help me show up better every single day, which matters even more when the days get busier and the stakes feel higher.
Good: Essential Foundation
A solid starting point for energy, mood, and daily resilience heading into the season:
  • NingXia Red (2 pk.): the daily antioxidant shot that genuinely changes how I feel by mid-morning, less sluggish, more steady
  • Stress Away essential oil blend (15ml): exactly what it says on the bottle, roll it on or diffuse it when the to-do list gets loud
Combined total: approximately 116 PV
Better: Kitchen & Home Support – Note that Cinnamon & Orange are Gifts with Purchase this month so you can sub something else in if you like.
Add these to your Good order to bring the kitchen and the home into the picture:
  • Cinnamon Bark Vitality (5ml): the holiday baking oil, a drop in apple cider, desserts, or oatmeal is genuinely transformative
  • Orange Vitality (15ml): bright and versatile in drinks, recipes, or just a drop in your water in the morning
  • Rosemary Vitality (5ml): the savory counterpart to Cinnamon Bark, beautiful in roasted vegetables, stuffing, and anything that comes out of the oven this time of year
  • Copaiba Vitality (5ml): one I've been reaching for more lately, it supports the body systemically and pairs well with other Vitality oils in drinks and recipes
  • Thieves Household Cleaner: because a clean home before guests arrive shouldn't cost you your peace of mind, one bottle does everything
Combined total with Good: approximately 204 PV
Best: Full Seasonal Wellness
Add these to your Better order to round out the full host and wellness picture:
  • Frankincense (15ml): grounding, settling, and the one I reach for when I need to feel like myself again, beautiful in the diffuser or applied topically before a big day
  • Lavender (15ml): for diffusing at the end of the night when the house finally gets quiet and you actually get to exhale
  • DiGize Vitality (5ml): digestive support for the season when we eat more than usual, I keep this one close from Thanksgiving through New Year's
Combined total with Good and Better: approximately 332 PV

Note: PV values above are approximate and based on previously confirmed or estimated figures.

Two Recipes for the Season

Both recipes can become part of your November rotation. One for the kitchen, one for the diffuser.

November is a good reminder that presence doesn't just happen, you have to prepare for it. And when you do, it makes a world of difference.
I hope this month brings you more of what matters and less of what doesn't.
Happy Thanksgiving!
