Hello! 
May often brings a lot of talk about caring for others (Mother’s Day approaching!), and while that’s beautiful, I want this month to feel a little more expansive than a single holiday. Because the truth is, women show up in our lives in so many meaningful ways.
They’re the friends who listen.
 They’re the sisters who cheer us on.
 They’re the women raising families, building businesses, caring for others, and quietly holding everything together.
This month’s focus is all about creating simple moments of connection through something many of us already love: a warm cup, a cool drink, and a pause in the day. It’s about intentionally connecting with the women who show up in big and small ways.

This month’s class features something many of us already love: coffee and tea, and how to gently elevate those daily rituals using Young Living Vitality™ essential oils.
In this class, you’ll learn:
  • How to safely use Vitality oils in hot and cold beverages
  • Which oils pair best with coffee vs. tea
  • Why quality matters when ingesting essential oils
  • Simple ways to turn everyday drinks into moments of nourishment and connection
Rather than adding one more thing to your plate, this class encourages you to take something you already do, sipping your favorite drink, and turn it into a small act of care.
 
Small Rituals Matter
One of the things I love most about this class is the reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
Something as simple as:
  • adding a drop of Orange Vitality to tea
  • enjoying Peppermint Vitality after a meal
  • or sharing a homemade latte with a friend
can create a pause in the day, a moment to breathe, connect, and nourish both body and spirit.
These little rituals add up, especially during busy seasons.

Raindrop Technique Demonstration (free)
Watch a Raindrop Demonstration and learn about each of the 7 single oils and 2 essential oil blends used in this deeply relaxing and balancing technique.  You will also learn how Raindrop Technique supports each body system.  If you like what you see and learn and would like to learn this technique in a hands-on class, join us next week for Raindrop Training!

Raindrop Technique Training -  $25 fee unless you are a graduate of Hands On School of Massage
Class size limited to 4 people learning to do Raindrop Technique.  Please plan to bring your own recipient or let me know in advance and I will try to find a willing recipient (generally not too hard to find).  There will be a short (30-45 min) lecture before the hands-on training.  If more than 4 people are interested in learning Raindrop or the day/time isn’t convenient, I will either schedule another training or work with you individually.

Aromatic Balance Technique for Small Intestine and Adrenals
We will work through several modalities including Vitaflex, reflexology, acupressure points, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Trauma Release.  Some of the emotions we may work through are:  sick & tired, control, defeatism, anxiety, lack of compassion, lack of hope and selfishness.  We will also look at the physical symptoms associated with these organs in class.  We use the book:  “Ultimate Balance” by LeAnne Deardeuff, D.C.   I will have a handout if you don’t own the book, so please RSVP by 10 am the day of the class.
You may come in feeling heavy, but you will leave feeling much lighter!

Trauma Release
Learn to release big traumas and little traumas that may be interfering with how your body and mind are functioning.  Muscle Testing and/or Emotion Code is a prerequisite for this class.  If you haven’t experienced either muscle testing or Emotion Code and you missed the class in March, please schedule a time to learn this at least 1 week prior to class.
