January Classes will be at Hands On School of Massage!

Beginning January 10th, the majority of our in-person classes will be held at Hands On School of Massage, 2456 Industrial Blvd in Grand Junction.  Please RSVP to me via text if you are not on my email list!  970-270-6577.

JANUARY CLASSES

Aromatic Balance Technique for Kidneys and Bladder
We will review the power of words and setting our intentions as we work through several modalities including vitaflex, reflexology, acupressure points, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Trauma Release.  Some of the emotions we may work through are anxiety, holding onto old ideas, fear of letting go, bent out of shape, fear of future, disappointment, criticism, failure, shame, stuck, revenge.  There are also physical symptoms with these organs you can review in class as well.  You may come in feeling heavy, but you will leave feeling much lighter!

An Hour of Valor
We will spend an hour experiencing different ways to use Valor and learn several substitutions we can use if we run out of Valor.  This will be the first in a series of practical, hands-on use of essential oils and a prerequisite for “Balancing Organs” which will be offered at a later date.

Video Class:  “Quantum Physics, Essential Oils & the Mind-Body Connection – How Essential Oils Really Work” by Dr. David Stewart. 
Video is 1 hour but there will be some discussion afterward.  Video will start promptly at 2 pm.

Please keep in mind that I am available to do classes at other times for small groups – days or evenings.  Let me know if you need classes at a different time for anything we do!   
The following classes are available anytime by request and are offered throughout the year.
ADVANCED VALOR BALANCE (An Hour of Valor) – 1 hour learning about the ingredients in Valor and substitutions if you find yourself out of Valor.  Ways to use the Valor Balance besides on the bottom of the feet to help other parts of the body.
VITAFLEX TECHNIQUE:   Using fingers and thumbs to help clear blockages in reflex pathways.  Learn to clear colon, clear lungs and sinuses, correct leg length discrepancy, relieve headache/tension, ear technique and more.  Class is taught as its own modality with discussion of how to use oils for enhancement.  
REFLEXOLOGY USING ESSENTIAL OILS:  An introductory class.  Basically, learning the “foot and hand maps” for reflexology and choosing appropriate oils to relieve symptoms.  Introduction to using Vitaflex to enhance the oil application.
REFLEXOLOGY II:  Using  Vitaflex Technique and reflexology.  Clearing colon, lungs, sinuses taught. Learning how to use oils as “drivers and enhancers”.    Lots of options for oils to use.
BALANCING BODY SYSTEMS using essential oils and reflexology points to energetically balance body systems/organs.  This class is about 2 hours.
HEALTHY MEDICINE CABINET:  How to substitute essential oils for over-the-counter remedies.   Optional:  how to make your own allergy homeopathic.
RAINDROP TECHNIQUE:   Hands on training doing a Raindrop on your volunteer or mine.  Application of 7 single essential oils and 2 blends to bottom of feet and on the spine.   Gentle Vitaflex Technique gives feeling of light massage.  Very relaxing to body, mind & spirit.  The oils address every body system.  Allow 2 hours for this training.
EMOTION CODE:   Learning how to “muscle test” for trapped emotions that may be causing problems physically and emotionally.  I vary the original class by using prayer to release those trapped emotions.
TRAUMA RELEASE:   A quick release of trauma using skills learned in Emotion Code but much more extensive.  These traumas are released in layers so several sessions may be required when performing on yourself or others.  It is recommended to take Emotion Code before this class.
EZ SOLUTIONS FOR DETOX!  Start detoxing your home, your body and your mind!
AROMATIC BALANCE TECHNIQUE:  We work on 2 organs during their time of year according to TCM.  We use reflexology, vitaflex, Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), trauma release and more to affect emotions and physical issues.

Zyto Balance Scans are available until January 2nd if you would like to get an Immunity Report or Wellness Report.  Call me for more info or to set an appointment for a scan at your convenience.   The scan itself only takes about 15 minutes and we can discuss the report at that time or make a 30-minute appointment in person or by phone to discuss the report.  It is my plan to make the scans available quarterly or semi-annual.
Visera Link Scans can be done on your smart phone or tablet remotely and will be available until December 22nd.  There hasn’t been much interest in this scan so I will cancel my subscription unless I see there is some interest it.  You can learn more about it HERE.

12 Sprays of Christmas Make & Take Class
Come and select one recipe or several and make your own spray (room sprays, perfume sprays, toilet sprays, whatever).  There will be several sizes and colors of spray bottles to pick from (price is free to $1.75 each).  As always, we enjoy each other’s company while creating our special scents!
