Zyto Balance Scans are available until January 2nd if you would like to get an Immunity Report or Wellness Report. Call me for more info or to set an appointment for a scan at your convenience. The scan itself only takes about 15 minutes and we can discuss the report at that time or make a 30-minute appointment in person or by phone to discuss the report. It is my plan to make the scans available quarterly or semi-annual.
Visera Link Scans can be done on your smart phone or tablet remotely and will be available until December 22nd. There hasn’t been much interest in this scan so I will cancel my subscription unless I see there is some interest it. You can learn more about it HERE.

12 Sprays of Christmas Make & Take Class
Come and select one recipe or several and make your own spray (room sprays, perfume sprays, toilet sprays, whatever). There will be several sizes and colors of spray bottles to pick from (price is free to $1.75 each). As always, we enjoy each other’s company while creating our special scents!

Aromatic Balance Technique for Kidneys and Bladder
We will review the power of words and setting our intentions as we work through several modalities including vitaflex, reflexology, acupressure points, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Trauma Release. Some of the emotions we may work through are anxiety, holding onto old ideas, fear of letting go, bent out of shape, fear of future, disappointment, criticism, failure, shame, stuck, revenge. There are also physical symptoms with these organs you can review in class as well. You may come in feeling heavy, but you will leave feeling much lighter!

An Hour of Valor
We will spend an hour experiencing different ways to use Valor and learn several substitutions we can use if we run out of Valor. This will be the first in a series of practical, hands-on use of essential oils and a prerequisite for “Balancing Organs” which will be offered at a later date.
