Saturday, November 8th 2:00-3:30 pm Vitaflex Technique (Vitality Through the Reflexes) is an awesome modality to use for clearing colon, lungs and sinuses. We will also learn a head and ear technique. Vitaflex can be used by itself but is amplified with oils and oils are amplified with Vitaflex. This class will be held at Hands On School of Massage.
Saturday, November 15th 2:00-3:30 pm Fun Facials - to look our best for the holidays! We will have a great time giving our faces special treatment with a variety of skin care products as well as a couple of DIY's.
Saturday, December 6th 2:00-3:00 pm 12 Sprays of Christmas/Oil Jam - We will do a deep dive into 1 or 2 blends, otherwise we will trade testimonials and do some Q&A. A good time to gather and relax before the Christmas Holiday.
Saturday, January 10th 2:00-3:15 pm Aromatic Balance Technique for Kidneys and Bladder. This is a fun one because we use reflexology, meridians, oils, acupuncture points, EFT (tapping), group trauma release. Come feeling burdened and leave feeling lighter and more relaxed!

We sipped NingXia Zing with a splash of NingXia Red and tried some tea from dried and fresh leaves from NingXia wolfberry bush. We also did a hand soak and NingXia Red footbath as well as watching a short video about our wolfberries! I will try to write more later!
