
Happy February!
February tends to be all about showing love to others, cards, chocolate, little gestures of kindness. And while that’s beautiful, I want to offer a gentle reminder:
You deserve some of that care, too.
This month, instead of focusing only on outward love, let’s tend to the heart within, both the emotional heart that carries our feelings and the physical heart that keeps us going every single day.

Aromatic Balance Technique for the Nervous System
The nervous system is the highway that information is carried brain to body and body to brain. We will learn how to turn off the Sympathetic Nervous System and stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System. Some emotions that may be affected are fear, exhaustion, shock, anger, excitement and joy. Supporting the nervous system may help with unsteadiness, muscle weakness or reflex loss, memory, dizziness, moodiness, inner tension on shakiness, and inability to handle stress. Some oils we will use include Valor, Frankincense, Valerian, Vetiver, and Lavender. Several other singles oils and blends will be available to customize your experience.
