All classes are at my house (620 Tropicana Dr.). I try to keep all information given in a class to 1 hour but you are welcome to hang around and discuss whatever you want. It is noted how long each class is.

Saturday, 9/6, 2:00-3:30 pm: Do Your Own Raindrop – After 2 of the trauma videos, it is time to relax! You can do your hands or your feet, whatever is easiest for you!
Saturday, 9/20, 2:00-3:30 pm: Video Class - "Light Beyond Trauma - Finding Release from the Trap of Any Trauma" by Dr. Corinne Allen. Parts 3 & 4 "Emotional Trauma Clearing Lecture & Practicum Session". Note: these may need to be split up but I will let you know in advance if you are on my email list and have done one of the previous classes.
Saturday, 10/4, 2:00-3:00 pm: Aromatic Balance Technique. Focus will be on the Large Intestine and Lungs since we will be into the active "bug" season and we want to keep our immune system in top shape!
